any news on arsenal getting huntelaar. i heard that we have almost agreed a pre contract agreement with him. and he will come next summer?

  2. jj4rent Says:

gallas was only telling the truth , he still has a future at arsenal

  3. lukasey15 Says:

    LOL SORRY DAILY MIRROR

  4. Loftier Says:

I can only give you a stroppy foriegn top ten as, if I included the homegrown moaners, it would take forever to whittle down. Here are my worldwide whingers: Marco Boogers (West Ham), Patrick Andersson (Blackburn) Nicolas Anelka (Arsenal) Pierre Van Hooijdonk (Forest) Ned Zeljic (QPR) Eyal Berkovic (West Ham) Jose Reyes (Arsenal) William Gallas (Arsenal) Emerson (Middlesborough) Jaap Stam (Man Utd). Interesting if supporters of their clubs agree.

  5. JarofJam Says:

He is threatening to leave Liverpool, because Rafa won’t play him in the starting eleven.

  6. rayneth360 Says:

Yeah i think Chelsea will walk the league, even when they dont have there first team their still winning.

Our first 11 can beat anyone, just when we have a few players out then we struggle, becuase we have a very small squad, and a poor bench.

Is it true about Buffon going man city?
because it said on The Mirror that he is.

  7. dailymirror Says:

We like your post. Give us your top ten stroppy players and we will see if we can feature them on the show. Thanks for posting.

  8. dailymirror Says:

Haven’t heard too much about him Zaigum but we will check him out and get back to you.

  9. dailymirror Says:

Arsenal fans should indeed have a bad feeling about that Chelsea match,. The Gunnersfront six can match Chelsea’s but the Blues have the best defensive record in the Premier League.

  10. dailymirror Says:

I agree Footie, and I think they will. Expect too perhaps to see Gavin Hoyte from the Carling Cup team

  11. dailymirror Says:

Sadly, Lukasey, we have had to removie your comment because, although I agreed with the sentiment in it, we cannot allow swearing on the Spy site.
Please do write back in an we’ll be happy to include your comments – as long as you keep it clean!! ; – )

  12. FOOTIARSENAL Says:

Great to see you back darren
Arsenal should replace gallas with johan djourou…

    yay. football spy is back!

  13. rayneth360 Says:

Apperently Gallas isnt playing tommorow, on the bbc site it said he didnt even travel to the game.

We need some new players, a quality CB, left winger, who can cross quality balls in the box. And another striker like huntelar!

I doubt we will win tommorow, we need to win, cause its chelsea next week away, and we will get killed.

  14. zaigum375 Says:

hi darren. good that the shows back. i was at the blues v arsenal game when he had that big strop. You can see me behind his head when he cries. Anyway, i’m glad hes stripped of the captaincy. I read he said that he would like to finish his career in france. so maybe hes out. Is there any news on arsenal signing a brazilian youngster called lenny?

  15. Loftier Says:

Come on. The premiership wouldn’t be the same without a stroppy continental player. Gallas is just continuing a rich tradition trailblazed by the likes of Van Hooijdonk, Staam, Anelka, et al. My favourite sulky foreigner was Aussie Ned Zeljic who cost QPR £2m and wouldn’t play a single game because “the pitches in England are too hard.” Long may it continue.

  16. dailymirror Says:

Good to see you too JSBWH!

  17. dailymirror Says:

  24. Just2BeWithHer Says:

so glad that football spy is back !!!

  25. dailymirror Says:

    Hi J o J,
Benayoun is a good player but the Liverpool team are winning without him so you can understand Rafa Benitez not wanting to bow to the pressure to play him…
    Thanks for posting.
